“To live is one of the rarest things in the world, most people exist and that’s all” – Oscar Wilde

Hi, I am Jillian Fischer (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Therapy with me offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and feel supported while you navigate challenges. The goal is to feel less alone in what you are carrying and support you in building a life that feels calmer, more meaningful, and aligned with what matters to you. I strive to create a welcoming space for people of all identities and backgrounds and am a proud LGBTQ2S+ ally. I enjoy working with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or are navigating periods of change. I also work well with people who often put others first, overthink decisions, or feel pressure to get everything “right.” My approach is calm, thoughtful, and supportive. I believe everyone has strengths and resilience, yet this sometimes get buried under stress, self-doubt, or difficult experiences. Outside of therapy, you will likely find me hiking with my two rescue dogs, playing board games, tending to my house plants, or thrift shopping.
